The Managing Director of Access POS Pty Ltd, Mr. Geoffrey Stott, is a third generation family member of the Cash Register and Point of Sale industry. He was introduced to the industry in 1985 working in his fathers Cash Register business. In 2001, Access POS Pty Ltd was incorporated, which then purchased a major POS company based in Rozelle, Sydney which had traded for over 30 years. In 2004, a unique heritage style building was purchased in Hunters Hill in which Access POS will operate from for many years to come.

Although Access POS is primarily a POS Software developer, it can better be described as a complete Point of Sale Solutions provider, meaning that it provides customers with POS Software, POS Hardware, Installation and Training Services and ongoing POS System Support.

Access POS stocks a complete range of POS Consumables, including: POS Thermal Paper Rolls, Two and Three Ply Paper Rolls - which are commonly used in hospitality establishments in food and beverage order printers, "Special" Dry Cleaning Paper Rolls, Cash Register Paper Rolls, POS Receipt Printer Ink Cassettes, Cash Register Ink Rollers and Ribbons, 'Blank' Thermal Label Rolls which are used for producing product and shelf labels as well as magazine labels for the newsagency industry and 'Pre-printed' Thermal Label Rolls for scales.

Access POS will soon release the "Access POS - Your Web Site" package. This will be offered as an 'add-on' package to our POS Systems which will provide our customers with a registered domain name, email utilising the registered domain name and a web site that can be interfaced to the POS for the purpose of on-line shopping.
